New Movie Releases

Hello All,

The week is winding down and people are getting ready for the weekend. Here are the movie releases for this weekend. There are a few on the list that we are interested in seeing. Whether this weekend or not is to be determined but we will see them eventually.

Now on to the list:

July 29
- All In (limited)
- Assassination Games (limited)
- Attack the Block (limited)
- Cowboys & Aliens
- Crazy, Stupid, Love.
- The Devil's Double (limited)
- The Future (limited)
- Golf in the Kingdom (NY)
- Good Neighbors (NY, LA)
- The Guard (limited)
- The Interrupters (NY)
- Point Blank (NY, LA)
- Sleep Furiously (NY)
- The Smurfs (3D/2D theaters)

So we are interested in:

Cowboys & Aliens (I hope it lives up to the hype)

and of course we have to see Smurfs (if for nothing more than my childhood nostalgia) at least the kids seems somewhat interested in it and I will not have to drag them kicking and screaming so it doesn't seem like an almost 30 year old woman wants to go see smurfs..hahaha.

For those interested in what the base theatre is playing here is there list:

FRI JULY 29 - 1900 Mr. Popper’s Penguins (PG) 95 min
2130 Super 8 (PG-13) 105 min

SAT JULY 30 - 1400 Mr. Popper’s Penguins (PG)
1630 Super 8 (PG-13)

1900 X-Men: First Class (PG-13) 131 min

2200 Super 8 (PG-13)

SUN JULY 31 - 1400 Mr. Popper’s Penguins (PG)
1630 Super 8 (PG-13)

I would definitely call and verify the times. When we went 2 weekends ago they had moved the times around on us and we missed a movie. The number for the base theatre is (940) 855-0824.

This weekend is Mother/Son weekend and it will be me and my boy! We will probably try to hit up either Mr. Popper's Penguins or Super 8 depending on what we are in the mood for since we have already watched X-men, which we all really enjoyed.

Enjoy the weekend with people you love/or like a lot :) !
