Many think of magic and think of card tricks and birthday party magicians. While those can be quite entertaining, I tend to think of magic and think of the beauty and awe surrounding us everyday. The amazing things that we have been blessed with... nature, talents, abilities, loved ones, almost every single thing can be viewed in a sense of wonder. That is magic to me. I love the informal definition of magic in the picture above. "Something that has a delightfully unusual quality." My family may be known to embrace and attract the unusual, weird, wacky or crazy. To me that is so much more fulfilling and rewarding than the 'normal' or mundane. Everyone has something about them that is unique and wonderful. Their own "magic". Everyday I try to look for something magical throughout the day. Sometimes it is a hummingbird flitting about the garden, watching an engine work and the ingenuity that went into creating it, reading a book and marveling at the way...

Hello Family & Friends, It has been a long time. I have decided to reopen this blog and dust off my ole typing fingers and recreate my space and little nook of the internet. An outlet that I have missed for some time now.  A lot has happened since I last posted. Several years of a lot. I will not dump it all at once but try my best to let this space grow again organically and at a pace that I will not become burned out and loose interest again.  I look forward to catching up with you all and seeing where these next steps and adventures in life take us!
