Thankful Thursday - January 23, 2014

Good Morning All,
Once again, it has been quite awhile since I have blogged. I have been going through such a growing period and with growing periods come growing pains and blessings all mixed in.

Today, my heart is full of the wonderful blessings I have been given. Mostly people that have been placed into my life that have allowed themselves to be used to help me grow on this journey of life. I am a strong believer that everyone is brought into our lives for a purpose, whether the purpose is for us or for them...it is a purpose.

If we treated every person we came across as the unique individual that they are imagine how amazing that would be? Do you realize that there are NEVER two of the exact same person? People may have similar tastes, similar personality traits but NEVER are any two individuals the same. Amazing! Think about it, In life I view meeting anyone a priveldge, a blessing, a joy, because I know that in that moment I will never meet anyone like them ever again in life....to think that out of billions of people on this plant, to have the opportunity to meet that particular individual, wow!

Today I'd like to encourage you to look at people with new eyes, open eyes, and look at the value of the person regardless of who they are. Homeless or not, Friend or stranger, Customer or Manager, etc. Look at them with open eyes, a smile, maybe a welcoming warm embrace, and a heartfelt compliment and realization that that moment/opportunity will never happen again. It is special, unique, and a blessing.
